Eligibility Requirement for Visitors Visa
In order for an applicant to be eligible for a Visitors Visa, the following conditions must be met;
- The purpose of moving to the country must in compliance with B-2 or B-1 regulations
- Proof of financial capability throughout your stay in the country
- Proof of returning to the country after the expiration of your visa

- Genuine and valid passport with at least six-month validity beyond the applicant’s arrival in the country

Attend Your Visa Interview
You’ll be interviewed by a consular to determine your eligibility for a visitor’s visa. You must be able to prove to the consular that you’re eligible and meet all the necessary requirement to obtain a US visitor’s visa under the law.
The consular will ask you question relating to your background information and your reason for going to the United States.
